Toyota Gets X-Cited While Launching This New Aygo Edition In UK From £12,520

Toyota have made yet another addition to their Aygo family by introducing the new X-Cite special edition in the United Kingdom.

Offered exclusively in five-door format, customers can choose either the manual version, which carries an MSRP of £12,520 ($15,944), or the automatic, which can be had from £13,220 ($16,836). Both models use the brand's 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine, good for 69 horses.

Its new Red Pop bodywork, with contrasting black roof and side mirror casings, along with the distinctive front end finished in gloss black, the A-pillar extensions and rear bumper insert, plus the 15-inch gloss black alloy wheels, with red center caps, enhance its look.

Inside, it carries a similar color combo, by adding the new Blaze upholstery which combines black fabric with red bolsters and contrast stitching. The city car also has red upper door trims and air vent surrounds that match the exterior, while the center console and gearshift surround are finished in gloss black. Finally, the carpet mats feature a black look with red edging.

Standard equipment includes automatic air conditioning, X-Touch multimedia system with 7-inch touchscreen, reversing camera, rear privacy glass, fog lamps, and automatic headlights.
