Despite entering the SUV market with the Levante last year, there are still plenty of other body styles that have yet to wear a Maserati badge.
One such style that's gained popularity lately is the so-called Shooting Brake, which can be both practical, aggressive and luxurious, traits appreciated by customers in the executive segment.
As for this design, it was conjured up by Seung Hyeok Choi, who found inspiration in what he calls "drastic curves", like those you might see in a wave just as it's about to break. It looks like a very spacious luxury car, able to sit either four or five people, depending on the configuration. It also seems to have gull-wing doors, but its most distinctive part is the rear with that rather unique hatch.
The front end is very "shark-like" and it actually reminds us of the Alfieri concept. The front fenders are a bit more flared on this concept than on the Alfieri though, with smaller headlights and a more pronounced spoiler.
