When you think of the most satisfying vehicles on the market, it wouldn't be hard to imagine a sports car finishing near the top of the pack.
Interestingly, owners have a different opinion as AutoPacific's Vehicle Satisfaction Awards has named the Genesis G90 as the most satisfying vehicle in America. The result is somewhat surprising but the G90 was a clear winner as it received the highest vehicle satisfaction rating in the study's history.
That wasn't the only surprise as Lincoln was named the most satisfying premium brand. It was closely followed by Cadillac and Genesis.
Buyers with smaller budgets might want to check out the GMC lineup as the company was named the most satisfying mainstream brand.
The study named twenty-three vehicles as the most satisfying in their class and notable models include the Dodge Challenger, Honda Civic, Kia Cadenza, and Porsche 911. On the crossover side, winners included the Kia Sportage, Nissan Rogue, Lexus RX, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Porsche Cayenne.
Last but not least, the Honda Ridgeline was named the most satisfying compact pickup while the Nissan Titan took home the honors in the light duty category.
This year's study looked at more than 54,000 responses from owners of new 2016 and 2017 vehicles. Respondents were tasked with evaluating "49 separate attributes ranging from interior comfort and styling to fuel economy and performance."
