If there's one thing most Volga-badged cars have had in common over the years is the fact that they were large cars used mainly by the Soviet Union's nomenclature, while the public had to make do with lesser Ladas.
Now that the USSR is long gone, Russia's oligarchs go around driving the West's finest. Despite that, this Volga 2020 Concept, drawn up by Alexander Shtorm, is an attempt to resurrect the spirit of the old cars.
At first glance, what stands out are its muscular lines and low roof-line, but even though it looks imposing from certain angles and boasts a large panoramic/continuous windshield (like on a Model X), LED daytime running lights, chrome accents (including mirrors), massive brakes, a dual-tone exterior colorway and a beige leather interior, we can't help but find the end result a bit crude, even by concept standards.
So what do you think? Could you bare comparing a hypothetical production version of this thing to any large luxury German saloon?
