Someone's Selling Their Lamborghini Miura P400 S For €3 Million

The Miura is the car that started it all for Lamborghini, and it's considered by many to be the first proper supercar, with a mid-engine and two-seat layout.

However, would you pay €3 million for a pristine example? That's almost $3.6 million, and before answering this question, let's check out the actual example that's listed for grabs on Mobile.

It left the factory in 1969, in the P400 S specification, meaning that its V12 powertrain produced 370 horses, and pushed it to a top speed of almost 300km/h (186mph). Keep in mind that we're talking about a vehicle that's almost 50 years old, so its performance is very impressive, even by today's standards.

The piece of info that accompanies the ad says that its first owner, a Swiss official, kept it until 1973, when he sold it to a well-known Italian collector. The latter loved it so much that he still holds on to it up to this day, but for whatever reason (financial value, perhaps?), he is now looking to let it go, for the aforementioned sum.

Now, judging by the images posted below, this Lamborghini Miura appears to be in a great shape, and it only has 29,500km (18,330 miles) on the clock, but still, is it worth that much money? Remember, a barely-used Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, or Porsche 918 Spyder costs about the same, or even less.
