Audi is prepping a host of mid-year revisions for the 2018 Q3, which will see the introduction of a new Sport trim in the USA.
Quoting an order guide, CarsDirect states that it will be offered with 19-inch wheels in a 10-spoke pattern with brushed matte aluminum inlays, and two additional metallic colors, called Hainan Blue and Camouflage Green.
Pricing for the 2018 Audi Q3 Sport Premium will commence at $34,875, destination charge included, which makes it $1,000 more expensive than the Q3 Premium. This is justified by the addition of some features from the Convenience Package, such as auto-dimming mirror with compass, power tailgate, and proximity key.
Paying $36,775 will unlock the Sport Premium Plus grade, which can be enhanced furthermore with the Technology Package that includes a Bose premium sound system. Those looking for additional gizmos can have the new S Line Competition Package, for a $2,000 premium. The latter adds 20-inch V-spoke wheels, special exterior touches, sport seats, and flat-bottom steering wheel.
However, as promising as these additions may be, the revised 2018 Audi Q3 still cannot be had with adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning, but it does get the brand's side assist in the Premium Plus trim, which is a blind-spot monitor that's radar-based.
