That is, of course, unless they’re part of a special series. Like this latest one from Rolls-Royce Bespoke.
Called the Luminary Collection, it’s based on the Wraith fastback coupe, but features a special treatment to set it further apart from any others.
It’s painted in a special shade of Sunburst Grey, to start off with – a unique matte treatment with a copper tinge. It also features a hand-painted coachline along the flank, channel lines on the hood, and pinstripes on the wheel hubs to match the interior.
The interior is done up in deep Saddlery Tan leather, with a woven stainless steel textile and Tudor Oak trim. The wood is sourced from Czech forests and perforated by 176 LEDs. At the press of a button, the dashboard panels and starlight headliner illuminate in a shooting-star display that, we can only imagine, must be a dazzling sight to behold.
The rear seats can be specified in either Anthracite or Seashell green leather, with a two-tone steering wheel, piping, and stitching to tie it all together.
Based as it is on the Wraith, the Luminary edition is powered by a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 that sends its 623 horsepower to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. That’s enough to make this luxury coupe the most powerful vehicle Rolls-Royce has ever made.
Tempted? Better hurry, because the British automaker will only produce 55 examples. And you can bet they’ll sell out quickly, despite the assuredly considerable premium Rolls-Royce will charge over the ~$300k base price.
