The one-off Pagani Zonda PS 760 has been damaged after crashing on the A27 motorway in the UK.
Images uploaded to Instagram show that the front fascia of the Italian hypercar has been torn off and skidded across to the side of the road. Additionally, the hypercar appears to have sustained some hefty damage to the rear, judging by the skewed angle that the rear wing and shark fin now rest.
It is reported that the crash occurred on the way to a Saywell Track Day, organized by the vehicle’s owner, Peter Saywell.
The 760 PS is one of the most famous Zondas ever built and was one of the first to adopt unique styling different than a typical Zonda. The most significant change between it and a regular Zonda F were the four tailpipes, situated horizontally rather than in a square shape like every other Zonda.
A few years ago, Saywell had Pagani overhaul the car into 760-specification, replacing all of the exterior body panels and turning it a bright shade of blue.
Unfortunately, it’ll have to go back to Pagani’s factory for repairs before hitting the roads once again.
