Will there be an RS8 version of Audi's new generation A8 that was unveiled just a few days ago? Probably not, but this hasn’t discouraged PeisertDesign from imagining what it could look like.
Notice the massive grille that features a new honeycomb pattern in black along with more aggressively styled bumpers on both ends, a new rear diffuser that incorporates the traditional 'RS' oval tailpipes, and bigger wheels. There's also a contrasting carbon fiber roof, and 'RS' badges strapped to the grille and boot.
While there's nothing certain about an Audi RS8, a performance version of the 2018 A8 is indeed in the books, and it will wear the S8 moniker.
There's also word about an S8 Plus replacement, which could be known as the S8 E-Tron. It might use Porsche's hybrid powertrain that currently makes 671hp in the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid.
