All-New Citroen C3 Aircross Priced From £13,995 OTR In The UK

Citroen announced range and pricing details of the all-new C3 Aircross compact crossover, ahead of its UK market launch in November 1.

The new Citroen C3 Aircross is the sister car to the Opel Crossland X and the next Peugeot 2008, as well as the latest addition to the French company’s crossover range as its smallest member.

The new crossover will offer 85 different personalization combinations to match its distinctive design and plenty of technologies to satisfy its target audience, including voice controlled 3D navigation, keyless entry and start, a reversing camera, lane departure warning and blind-spot monitoring.

Citroen claims that the new C3 Aircross offers best-in-class space for passengers and a modular boot volume of up to 520lt with the sliding rear bench option ticked.

Despite its crossover looks, the small C3 Aircross will not be offered with all-wheel drive but Citroen has added the so-called Grip Control with Hill Descent Assist, which enhances traction on different driving scenarios.

A seven-inch infotainment system groups together all the key vehicle functions, including air-conditioning, radio, telephone and navigation. Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and Mirrorlink are also present, as well as the aforementioned voice controlled 3D navigation. The C3 Aircross is also the first Citroen to come with wireless charging pod for mobile devices.

The engine range uses the three-cylinder PureTech petrol and the four-cylinder BlueHDi diesel units in various states of tune. The petrol range starts from the naturally aspirated 82PS version of the 1.2-liter PureTech, with turbocharged 110PS and 130PS versions completing the petrol range. Diesel models get the 1.6-liter BlueHDi in 100PS and 120PS flavors for the UK market. A six-speed automatic transmission is also available for the turbo petrol models.

Pricing kicks off at £13,995 for the entry-level 82PS model, with the most expensive C3 Aircross in the UK range being the BlueHDi 120 at £19,720.
