Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss For Sale In Germany

A rare Mercedes-Benz mightn’t typically have car collectors and enthusiasts drooling like a limited-run Ferrari but the SLR Stirling Moss is no typical vehicle to wear the three-pointed star.

Released in 2009 as a send-off to the SLR McLaren supercar, the Stirling Moss features an overhauled design inspired by the iconic 300 SLR raced by Stirling Moss.

Only 75 examples of the limited-edition supercar were created and to order one from the factory, you already had to own the regular SLR. Fortunately, a used example has hit the market and is available for anyone to purchase, as long as you have a huge bank account.

As with most units, this Stirling Moss is painted silver but unlike most, has a set of black and chrome wheels to give it that extra race car vibe.

Listed for sale from Semco Cars in Munich on James Edition it has just 475 km on the clock and is a jewel for any Mercedes aficionado. While no asking price has been publicized, we suspect it’s worth every cent the seller wants.
