Aftermarket tuning company Unplugged Performance has released a couple of renderings of its upcoming styling kit for the Tesla Model 3.
Unplugged’s modified Tesla will be dubbed the Model 3 P and comes equipped with a plethora of styling changes that distinguish it from the standard car.
Among these changes are a new front bumper, extended side skirts, a bespoke rear bumper and diffuser and interestingly, a small rear spoiler sprouting out of the Model 3’s tiny rear decklid.
Customers of the Tesla Model 3 will be able to order Unplugged’s host of styling tweaks as a single package or, alternatively, will be able to purchase parts individually.
Three variants will be offered. The range-topping Model 3 P will receive the full range of visual tweaks and also benefit from re-tuned suspension, carbon fiber parts, lightweight wheels with titanium lug nuts and even the option of a custom audio system. The lesser two versions will be cheaper and revealed at a later date.
“While Tesla desires to make the Model 3 as rapidly and inexpensively as possible, the Unplugged Performance variant Model 3 will be made slowly, in an artisan fashion befitting of a Supercar experience. The Unplugged Performance Model 3 will be the car Tesla does not want to make themselves: An ultra-low production, artisan made specialty vehicle for a limited audience of motoring enthusiasts,” Unplugged Performance told Teslarati.
