This Stunning Collection Of Ferraris Is Going Up For Auction

Late last month, RM Sotheby's announced a series of competition Aston Martins consigned for its upcoming sale at Pebble Beach. But the Astons won't be the only ones getting collectors' mouths watering.

The auction house has also revealed a most impressive array of Ferraris set to feature at the Monterey event – one worth as much as $10 million, many offered without reserve, and all coming from a single owner's collection.

First and foremost is a 1961 250 GT SWB Berlinetta, the 110th of 165 made, fully Ferrari Classiche-certified,and bestowed with the Platinum award at the Cavallino Classic last year. It's estimated to sell for between $8.5 and 10 million.

Though far and away the most valuable piece in the collection, there's much more on offer – like a 1967 275 GTB/4 valued at around $3 million. A rare 1969 Dino 206 GT (one of just 152 made) is worth a good $700k. There's a low-mileage F40 ($1.4m), a 599 GTO with even lower mileage ($750k), and a pair of 512 Berlinetta Boxers, each valued at upwards of $300k. The collection is rounded out by a 575 Superamerica ($400k), a 308 GTB with plexi windows ($200k), a 328 GTS ($100k), a 360 Challenge Stradale ($300k), a 430 Scuderia ($275k), and its roadster counterpart, a 16M Scuderia Spider ($375k).
