For when the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 is just not imposing enough, leave it to Brabus to make a statement.
A quick answer to why anybody would consider getting the Brabus treatment for their GLS 63, would simply be because the German tuner will make your full-size SUV considerably quicker and louder.
Brabus will also add wider fenders to the GLS 63, although this specific unit doesn't feature the widened body. Overall, the best you can do in terms of power is go for the Brabus 850 XL model, which packs 850 PS, instead of "just" 585 PS.
When stock, the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 will sprint to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.6 seconds and max out at 250 km/h (155 mph). With a little help from Brabus, those figures improve to 4.2 seconds and 300 km/h (186 mph) - making this thing just as fast as a Bentley Bentayga.
This particular car though only features Brabus' cosmetic treatment, without any sizable improvements in power output - according to the video's description which calls this car a "Brabus 600" model.
Either way, that exhaust is all bangs and crackles, which should make this one of the loudest SUVs in the south of France.
