James May Uses His Ferrari 308 GTB To Mock Walkaround Videos

The Grand Tour may be off the air at the moment but the trio of presenters are remaining on our radar with a selection of intriguing updates - and, of course, the serious crash involving Richard Hammond.

Now, to update us that he is enjoying the spoils of the huge deal with Amazon, James May has released a tongue-in-cheek video of his Ferrari 308 GTB.

To make fun of so-called 'Walkaround' videos on YouTube, where car fans discuss the ins and outs of a car while literally walking around it, May decided to do the same but without the talking, literally just spending almost a minute walking around and inspecting the Italian sports car.

According to a number of internet boffins, May only purchased his 308 GTB a couple of months ago, shortly after auctioning off his Rolls-Royce. With just 252 hp produced by its V8 engine, the 308 GTB may be sluggish compared to the 488 GTB that he also owns, but probably feels much more special to drive than the Rolls.
