Tesla’s decision to ditch the fake front grille of the original Model S was a brave one and for many, hasn’t paid off.
Without a grille, the Model S (and Model X) don’t have the human-like face that has dominated cars for so many decades. Instead, they look more robot than human, which, considering their positioning in the market and use of advanced technologies, makes sense.
We’ll admit to being a little bewildered by the facelifted Model S's front end for quite some time but after analysing this all-while car, we can see where Elon Musk’s designers were coming from.
Sitting on a set of ADV.1 wheels that measure 22x9 at the front and 22x10.5 at the rear, this Model S sits remarkably low to the ground and looks pretty darn seductive. In fact, we’re starting to think that a nicely-specced Model S is among the best-looking sedans on the market and this particular one could the finest we’ve ever seen.
Do you agree?
