Audi continues to tease the 2018 A8, as the company has released a new teaser photo that reveals the car's headlights and part of its grille.
The latest image only gives us a glimpse at the redesigned luxury sedan, but we can see that it will have angular headlights which are packed with the latest advances in lighting technology. The headlights will flank a more prominent grille, which draws inspiration from the highly-acclaimed Prologue concept.
Besides the teaser image, Audi released a video of the car's traffic jam pilot system. In the clip, we can see the driver is stuck in traffic while his son is playing with some Spiderman toys. Since the system controls the car's acceleration, braking, and steering, the driver is free to turn around and play with his son for a few seconds.
More interesting than the traffic jam pilot system, is the A8's new infotainment system which is mounted lower on the dashboard and appears to eschew the retractable mechanism that has been a hallmark of the model. The screen is only visible for a few seconds but it appears larger and sharper than the current display.
The new Audi A8 will be unveiled in Barcelona on July 11th and fans can get an early peek at the car at the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming movie.
