Some vehicles need a good set of aftermarket rims to look their best, but is the BMW X4 M40i one of them?
We won't answer this question, which at the end of the day, is a matter of personal preference, but in case you feel that the obvious response is 'yes', then you might want to take a look at Vossen's latest creation: the Hybrid Forged VFS-10 wheels, 20x9-inch front and 20x10.5-inch rear, finished in gloss graphite.
Depending on what each customer is looking for, the company has a very wide selection of rims available, from 19 to 22 inches, which can be had in different finishes. These are all accessible on their online configurator that can be viewed here, and which fit all versions of the German SUV.
Vossen's upgrades won't make your BMW X4 M40i more powerful or quicker, but then again, it's not exactly slow to start with. It uses a 3.0-liter turbo'd straight-six engine that delivers 360PS (355hp) and 465Nm (343lb-ft) of torque to the xDrive AWD system through an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint is made in 4.8sec, and top speed is electronically capped at 250km/h (155mph).
