Here's A Better Look At The Mercedes-AMG Sedan's Interior

Shortly after our spies were able to catch the interior of the upcoming Mercedes-AMG sedan up close, we’ve received a couple of additional images that show even more of the vehicle’s cabin.

Kicking things off in the vehicle’s cabin are a pair of large touchscreens essentially identical to those found in the S-Class and E-Class models. Also visible are four air vents in the center of the dashboard but unlike Mercedes-Benz’s current flagship sedans, they have more intricate slats, closely resembling the turbine of a jet engine.

Other visible features are few and far between thanks to the fabric engineers have placed over most of the interior panels. With that being said, a steering wheel just like the facelifted S-Class has been fitted to this prototype.

Last week, we received confirmation that AMG’s four-seater will premiere at January’s Detroit Auto Show in production guise.

It’ll be based on the same platform as the E63 and despite what early rumors suggested, won’t be dubbed the AMG GT4. A selection of variants will also be on offer, including a range-topping ‘63’ version with the E63’s twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 with 604 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque.
