Audi is celebrating its continued partnership with Marvel by releasing a new video that promotes Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Starring Tom Holland and comedian J.B. Smoove, the clip shows Peter Parker taking a driver's education road test. Of course, the video also features the new Audi A8 which Smoove says is a "Sweet ride for a 15 year old kid."
Parker replies "It's actually my friends Tony's, it's a prototype." This is obviously a reference to Tony Stark, who is played by Robert Downey Jr, and also appears in the movie.
As the clip continues, we can see the pair get cutoff by Ford Edge as the car's PreSense system kicks in to bring the model to a halt. Later, Parker hits the "Audi AI" button to activate the car's semi-autonomous driving mode. He then takes his hands off the wheel much to the disappointment of Smoove.
The duo eventually demonstrate the car's automatic parallel parking function in front of a bank which is being robbed. Parker quickly exits the car, puts on his Spiderman costume, and stops the robbers.
Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7th and the movie will feature several Audi models including the TTS Roadster and R8 V10 Spyder. The A8 will also make an appearance as Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) will use it to chauffeur around Parker.
