Tesla CEO Elon Musk recently announced the company will unveil its new semi truck on October 26th and it now appears the executive could have a few surprises up his sleeve.
Nothing is official at this point but The Drive speculates the executive could take a cue from the late Steve Jobs and have a "one more thing" moment.
The thing in question is a mystery but Musk has previously told shareholders he recommends people show up to the event as "maybe there is a little more than we are saying here." That could simply mean the company will reveal new details about the semi or it might be a hint at something more interesting.
Musk certainly hasn't been shy about the company's future plans as the executive has mentioned a handful of upcoming models including an entry-level Model Y crossover, an unnamed truck, and a new Roadster. More recently, Musk responded to a tweet asking about a light-duty pickup by saying "What if we just made a mini version of the Tesla Semi?"
The semi will obviously be the focus of the upcoming event but it is possible the company could tease one of these upcoming models.
