BMW M3-Powered Land Rover Disco Is Not Your Average Rally Car

What we have here is a Land Rover Discovery that’s been converted to a fully-blown rally car, but wait, there’s more.

Under the bonnet of this bizarre beast lies BMW’s 3.0-litre S50B30 inline-six straight from a Euro-spec E36 M3 making approximately 350hp after a light tune, complete with a manual TD5 gearbox with lightened and shortened transfer box that had its low-range removed.

According to the seller, the car is geared down for a top speed of around 105mph (169km/h) for maximum acceleration, as you would expect from a true rally car.

The car took 5 years to be completed and has competed in stage rallies with good results. Thanks to a video going viral, it has also become quite famous in rallying circles.

This Disco also comes with plenty of spares, including new panels, oil coolers and lots of tires among other things. We strongly advise you to watch the video after the jump before deciding whether it’s cool or not.

If the answer is freaking cool, then all you have to do to make it yours is head to Ebay and place your bid.
