Meet The Vultran IE, A Car You'll Never Get To See In Real Life

Even though there's not a lot we can tell you about this design study in terms of what it is specifically, a simple guess would be a hypercar, and not a very futuristic one at that either.

In fact, strap just about any badge on this thing, bring it out to Frankfurt next week and it could pass for any sort of high-powered machine, be it all-electric, hybrid or petrol-powered.

The first thing you notice when looking at it is the expression of the front fascia, which according to designer Lee Rosario, looks like an evil grin.

Out back, the design seems hunkered down, with a lot of flared surfaces, giving you the impression the car is wearing a wide-body kit. In "reality", that's the aesthetic the designer went with, in order to make it look as aggressive as possible.

As for the forward sliding doors (that seem to be missing a visible door handle), they're certainly interesting, similar in concept to the doors on the Nio Eve Concept. Aside from maybe looking cool, in reality, they would also allow the driver and passenger easy access in and out of the cockpit - where we're assuming they would have a button of sorts to automatically slide the doors back into place.

Speaking of the interior, it also doesn't appear to be ultra-modern or futuristic, not that there's anything wrong with that. The steering wheel is the only item that seems innovative, other than that, the dashboard design reminds us of an Aston Martin.
