All that talk about a possible BMW X8 has opened the appetite of Photoshop manipulators, who didn’t take long to imagine how such a vehicle could look like.
These renderings were created by Aksyonov Nikita, and they depict some clever design features taken from the rest of the brand's SUV range, stuffed together into the new X7 concept.
Perhaps the most distinctive element is the sloping roofline, which makes the X8 appear like an SAV version of the X7, placed above the X6 in BMW's ever-growing family of crossovers.
Making the rumored X8 look like a larger X6 and based on X7's underpinnings, is one of the three apparent choices that the German company has to make. Another one is offering it with an extended wheelbase, which will be appreciated in China, and not only, while the third option is using the platform of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan to create Bavaria's ultimate luxury SUV.
Whatever the case may be, BMW faces a long journey between considering it, and actually putting it into production, but if it happens, then our money is on a vehicle that will stay true to the X2, X4, and X6 models.
