As first impression videos continue to pop up about the Tesla Model 3, it's only a matter of time before it becomes one of the most popular topics in the automotive world.
It's why we're paying really close attention to what people uncover about it as they fiddle around with its interior or in this case, exterior features.
Again, it's Joseph Torbati from OCDetaling talking to us about the Model 3 and some of its more or less hidden exterior features, which relate to cooling, towing, license plates and more.
A good starting point would be the Model 3's hidden active vents, embedded at the bottom of the front bumper. Their purpose is to cool the battery, just like on the larger Model S and Model X.
Next up we have the license plate holder, or lack of one, to be more precise. This particular Model 3 didn't have any mounting bracket, which means that if you want to put a front license plate on it, you'd need to either drill holes or stick it on. Not exactly classy, some might say.
Finally, Torbati talks about not being able to find anything that points to the Model 3 having any towing capabilities. It's possible that later cars could get additional hardware to be able to support an optional tow hitch, but this particular car didn't have anything at the back - except a couple of screws to support its own plastic bumper.
The good news is, at least you get plenty of luggage space.
